Hi, I’m Megan.

I’ve been in the health and beauty industry for over 25 years, and I’ve spent the last decade supporting women as a qualified nutritional therapist.

These days, I focus on helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause, because I know firsthand how confusing it can feel when your body suddenly stops responding the way it used to.

My approach is simple - collaborative, not prescriptive. I’m not here to hand you a plan and send you on your way. I’m here to help you understand your body, build habits that actually stick, and create your own menopause toolbox.

Alongside my nutrition support, I also offer beauty and wellness treatments designed to help you feel good in your skin and give your body the care it deserves.
