Quick low carb salad dressing
You don't have to eat a dry salad just because you are trying to lose weight, enjoy the flavours and the healthy fats with a quick homemade dressing for any salad.
Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
2 TBS of vinegar of choice white, balsamic, red wine or apple cider
1 TBS lemon juice (fresh if you have it)
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper to taste
1/4 tsp erythritol
1 clove of garlic crushed
Let’s Get Started
In a mixing bowl or jar whisk together all the ingredients until combined.
Pour over your favourite salad or store it in the fridge to use later.
Variations:
To change the flavour leave out the mustard and garlic and replace them with fresh or dried herbs, avocado or even sour cream for a creamy dressing.
Get creative with herbs, spices and different oils like avocado or macadamia for a new taste sensation.
