Ingredients:
4 X strips streaky bacon
5-6 Button mushrooms-sliced
6 X Brussel sprouts-cored and sliced
1 X Sml bag of baby spinach
¼ small onion diced
1 X clove garlic-crushed
¼ head green cabbage-cored and sliced
Herbs/seasonings of your choice
Method:
Heat a large pan on med/high heat
Sauté bacon, cabbage, onion and Brussel sprouts-until starting to wilt
Add the rest of ingredients and cook 5-10 mins
Serve as a side or add leftover chicken (as above) for a main meal
Note: you can add cream to the pan and top with grated cheese for added fat/flavou
Serves 4 as a side or 2 as main meal
