Ingredients:
½ head medium green cabbage-sliced (core removed)
1 X small brown onion-diced
5 X button mushrooms-sliced
2 X cloves garlic -crushed
2 X strips streaky bacon-diced
2 X TBS butter
Method:
Slice and dice ingredients
Heat a fry pan-med/high heat
Add bacon until fat starts to coat the pan
Add butter-melt
Add all other ingredients and fry to your preferred texture
Serve as a side to meat/eggs/chicken
Note: Save a serve to add to Cabbage Fry Frittata for lunch/breakfast the next day
Serves 4 as a side dish
